Ordering Medical Equipment for Someone in Türkiye from Abroad
Medikaltec is a medical equipment store based in Kayseri, Türkiye. If you live abroad and need a hospital bed, wheelchair, blood pressure monitor or home-care product delivered to a parent or relative in Türkiye, you can place the order yourself on medikaltec.com.tr. Shipping is free to every address in Türkiye's 81 provinces.
How to order
- Choose the product. Browse the categories or use the search box. The site is in Turkish; if you need help choosing a size or model, send us the product link on WhatsApp and we will answer in English.
- Enter the Turkish delivery address. In the checkout form, use the recipient's address and phone number in Türkiye. The courier calls this number before delivery. Billing details can be your own.
- Pay. Choose card payment (3-D Secure) or bank transfer. Acceptance of foreign cards depends on your bank's international purchase settings; if a card is declined, you can pay by bank transfer or ask your relative in Türkiye to pay by card. Cash on delivery is not available.
- Track. Tracking details are sent to the e-mail address on the order once the parcel is handed to the courier. You can also ask for an update on WhatsApp with your order number.

Frequently asked questions
Do you install hospital beds or other large items?
No. Outside Kayseri we sell by courier only and have no on-site installation or service team. Flat-packed items come with assembly instructions, and we support your relative by phone during assembly. Please confirm floor, lift and door width with us before ordering.
Can I pay in euros or dollars?
Prices are in Turkish lira and your card is charged in lira; your bank converts the amount at its own rate. Bank transfers are accepted to our Turkish lira account.
Who receives the invoice?
The invoice is issued to the billing details on the order and sent to the order's e-mail address.
What about returns?
Under Turkish distance-selling rules the buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery; the product is returned from the Turkish address. Some hygiene-sensitive product groups cannot be returned; see the cancellation and returns page (Turkish).
